The GreenFlag Profit Recovery system integrates seamlessly with your existing QuickBooks® software. Our software allows you to define the parameters of accounts to review for collections and will scan, import, and place the past due invoices into an application where they will be stored for review. Then, with a click of a button, the selected accounts can be sent to GreenFlag to begin the collection efforts to recover business's money.

Main Benefits of this Product:
The GreenFlag system saves businesses time and money by reducing the time it takes to review invoices to determine which are past due. Each night, GreenFlag will review all invoices to determine which accounts are past due and meet the criteria for collections defined specifically by each business. If an account meets those defined parameters, it is moved into a separate application for review and approval. Once approved, the designated accounts are automatically sent to GreenFlag to start collection efforts. Businesses remain in complete control of their accounts at all times. GreenFlag will start and stop collections efforts based on the client's direction.
