Client Training Sessions: Get the Most From Transworld Systems
Need a refresher course in using our services? Join one of our monthly
client training sessions!
Our client training sessions are special training sessions we offer to all Transworld Systems’ clients. This monthly client training session is designed to help our clients become more familiar with their Transworld Systems’ services.
Each month, we have a Divisional Vice President and a Regional Manager host the call which delivers an in-depth review of Phase I and II services, as well as the Online Client Portal (OCP). We review how to submit debtors, how to pull reports, etc. Sessions always end with an open question-and-answer section to assist clients with any specific questions or concerns.
Client training sessions help our existing clients learn to use our service more efficiently to deliver the very best results. Any Transworld Systems’ user that is submitting accounts using the OCP will benefit from joining the monthly client training sessions.
Transworld Systems’ clients can visit the OCP to sign up for the sessions. Just click the green button on the homepage that says ‘Click Here to Sign Up for Client Training Session’. The sessions are the third Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. CST.
