Maximize Your Phase II Performance
How can your business maximize its Phase II performance? It’s really quite simple – and something that your business can do for itself!

Some information to obtain from your debtors and provide to us (that maybe you’re not) include:

Another way to maximize your Phase II Performance involves how your business handles debtor phone calls inquiring about making payment arrangements. What are your business’s procedures when a debtor calls you after his/her account has been transferred to CMS/Phase II.

- Do NOT negotiate with the debtor at this point.
- Direct the debtor to the CMS Branch Manager.
Your business has already performed its in-house procedures; submitted the debtor to Transworld Systems which included sending five letters asking for payment; and now that we have started calling about receiving payment for the debt, the debtor wants to negotiate with you. Resist the urge to negotiate with the debtor, and direct them to the CMS Branch Manager servicing your account. Transworld’s Branch Managers are highly skilled and trained, and in most cases will be more successful in collecting your business’s money.
