NEW: Message Alert Center on the Online Client Portal (OCP)

The new Message Alert Center is a web based notification center designed to keep you up-to-date with important messages and announcements. This will be your go-to center for account changes, such as disputes, bankruptcies and USPS address changes, along with system downtime notices and other client support information. Though the default is "alert on", you have the option of opting in or out of as many alerts as you prefer. You also have the option of opting in to receive summary email notifications which are distributed on a daily basis.

The Alert Center is available via a link on the main OCP navigation bar. Additionally, an indicator will be placed on the OCP homepage notifying you upon login if you have unread alerts waiting. Visit the OCP to check out the new Alert Center today!
